THE GYROKINESIS® METHOD

The GYROKINESIS® Method address the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing sequences.  Practised in a group class setting The GYROKINESIS® Method is practiced on a chair, mat and standing.  These carefully crafted sequences created balance, agility, strength, and flexibility giving a sense of spaciousness, freedom and energy in the body.
