QI GONG


Practiced in group class settings or by private tuition Shaolin Qi Gong is an ancient martial art form and can be done either outdoors or indoors.

Qi Gong (pronounced Chee Gung) is also known as Chinese Yoga or Niegong (internal exercise) which is like a Chinese version of Pilates.

 The benefits of practicing Qi Gong are many and include boosting your health and vitality, improving the function of the nervous system, clearing negative emotions & reducing anxiety, promotes deeper relaxation & better sleep, strengthens and limbers the body, increases flexibility & mobility and improves mental focus.
